This article analyzes the legal challenges and liability risks arising in the real estate sector amidst active digital transformation. It is noted that the introduction of technologies such as remote identification, electronic document management, electronic title registration, and smart contracts significantly accelerates transactions, but is also lagging behind the development of an adequate legal framework.
