Boundaries, Attribution, and Responsibility: A Post-Publication Safeguard for the TII Framework
This document serves as a descriptive boundary and attribution record for the TII framework following its public release. The framework consists of two complementary descriptive formulations: a temporal formulation addressing time, integration, and irreversibility(TII-T), and a non-temporal formulation in which time is treated as an observer-level projection within a timeless relational structure(TII-NT). This document does not extend, validate, reinterpret, or operationalize the TII framework. Its sole function is to record which forms of interpretation, application, attribution, and authority claims do not follow from the framework as presented. By distinguishing between descriptions formulated within projected observer contexts and claims that would alter the conditions under which such projections arise, the document delineates boundaries of attribution without asserting control over future inquiry. It addresses common misreadings that occur when internal descriptive tools are mistaken for sources of system-external authority. This record is non-normative and non-prescriptive. It does not restrict independent reinterpretation, extension, or application by others, but clarifies that such departures should not be attributed to the TII framework or to its author.
