Conceptual Introduction to Interaction Fractal Field Ontology
This document introduces Interaction Fractal Field Ontology (IFF), a way of looking at interaction as the fundamental unit of everything we are part of and experience. Interaction is understood as fractal and nested within a single, unified field that holds all interactions. The text is written as a conceptual introduction. It can be read on its own, and it also functions as the introductory chapter of a forthcoming book. Rather than presenting empirical claims, it outlines the minimal grammar of IFF—interaction, fractality, and a unified undifferentiated field (F-total)—as the structural spine of the framework. This document is intended as a stable reference point for later work that develops, applies, questions, or departs from the IFF perspective.
