Palladium-catalyzed asymmetric sequential hydroalkylation and hydroamination of 1,3-enynes with 3-hydroxyindoles
An unprecedented Pd-catalyzed asymmetric sequential hydroalkylation/hydroamination of 1,3-enynes was developed. This method provides efficient access to chiral pyrido[1,2- a ]indoles and derivatives in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities.
