Effects of Nutrition Information on Perceived Value, Consumer Attitude, and Purchase Intention for Convenience Store Meal Boxes

This study examines the influence of nutrition information on perceived value, consumer attitude, and purchase intention for convenience store meal boxes. Data were collected through an online survey of adult consumers who had prior experience purchasing convenience meal box using nutional information, and total 272 respondents were employed for statistical analysis. To analyze the relationships among variables, the study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. The results indicate that nutrition information significantly enhances perceived value, which positively affects consumer attitudes and increases purchase intention. Furthermore, both perceived value and consumer attitude were found to mediate the effect of nutrition information on purchase intention. These findings suggest that clear and accessible nutrition labeling can play a pivotal role in shaping consumer evaluations and encouraging healthier food choices in the convenience food market.
