Wharton’s jelly mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes promote odontogenic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells: A cell-free strategy for regenerative endodontics
The findings indicate that WJ-MSC-derived exosomes significantly enhance odontogenic differentiation by promoting early and late mineralization markers, supported by the expression of osteogenic proteins. Notably, lower concentrations exhibited robust regenerative effects, highlighting their potential as cell-free therapeutics for improving healing outcomes following endodontic treatment.
