15 01 Base Architecture HG Prostatic Adenocarcinoma
Prostatic adenocarcinoma exhibits remarkable heterogeneity and therapeutic resistance, particularly in high-grade (Gleason ≥ 8) cases. Traditional approaches treat this disease as a monolithicentity characterized by androgen dependency and uncontrolled proliferation. However, emerging evidence suggests that high-grade prostatic tumors represent complex ecosystems comprisingmultiple cellular archetypes occupying distinct spatial niches, each governed by specific ecosistem equilibria.
