Persistence Without Acceleration: Late-Time Cosmology Under Conditions of Observational Withdrawal
This paper develops a disciplined observational framework for studying late-time cosmological regimes in which dynamical activity becomes weak, sparse, or statistically marginal. Without introducing new forces or modifying established cosmological models, the work focuses on persistence as an observable condition: the endurance of coherence, correlation, and structural legibility under conditions of minimal acceleration and intervention. A non-accelerative observational posture is articulated, emphasizing long-horizon integration, methodological withdrawal, and non-violation as necessary conditions for detecting post-dynamical structure. Observable proxies suitable for such regimes are discussed, including correlation-time plateaus, low-frequency residual organization (“stilled heat”), and topological persistence under coarse-graining. The framework is explicitly limited in scope, complementary to standard cosmological theory, and intended as a refinement of observational sensitivity rather than a theoretical replacement.
