Upcycling photovoltaic silicon waste into SiO anode materials

A strengthened high-temperature vacuum solid-phase strategy for SiO synthesis is proposed, in which photovoltaic waste silicon powder replaces conventional microcrystalline silicon, increasing the conversion rate by 15% and the reaction rate by 20%.
