Bronchial artery embolization for control of life-threatening endobronchial haemorrhage during cardiac surgery in a patient with microscopic polyangiitis: a case report
This case increases the awareness of endobronchial haemorrhage in patients with MPA and underscores the critical role of a prepared, multidisciplinary team in achieving a successful outcome.
