Results The mean erectile function score of male patients significantly increased after 3 months of operation from 14.7±1.80 to 26.3±1.38. The mean orgasmic function score significantly increased after the operation from 4.35±1.02 to 8.55±0.98. Overall satisfaction score significantly increased from 3.95±1.25 to 8.00±1.01. The total international index of erectile function score significantly increased from 32.7±3.39 to 63.2±2.8. The mean desire score of female partners had increased after 3 months of their husbands’ operation from 3.45±0.86 to 5.25±0.40. The mean lubrication score was significantly increased from 2.22±0.57 to 5.02±0.41. The mean satisfaction score was significantly increased after 3 months of husbands’ operation from 2.35±0.58 to 5.14±0.47. The mean pain score was significantly improved from 2.22±0.57 to 4.80±0.46. The total female sexual function index score significantly increased from 15.3±1.76 to 30.6±1.07. Conclusion Bariatric surgeries decrease body weight and waist circumference. Bariatric surgeries improve erectile function and orgasm in obese men and male partners of obese women as well.
