Incompatible Coordination Regimes & Operational Limits on Human Veto Power [ A Frozen Framework Snapshot]
This one-page frozen snapshot sets out two related frameworks I developed. One, a diagnostic contrast between meaning-mediated and executable coordination that explains when they clash in a shared operational space. The second, a "conditional limit" called the "Operationally Unitary Ontological Regime (OUOR)", which describes when human judgment cannot alter outcomes at the moment of execution due to different constraints, including timing. This is a definitional archival note intended for citation and further discussion. Treating this as an empirical paper is a category error.
