Synergistic plasmonic–semiconductor heterointerfaces enabling efficient CO 2 hydrogenation to methanol under visible-light irradiation
A plasmonic Ag–Si/MgO/ZnO photocatalyst made by a solid-phase reaction delivered a superior visible-light CH 3 OH yield of 357.53 µmol g −1 h −1 . Results revealed that the catalyst sustained high methanol production over extended operation.
