Cardio Vascular Specualtive Anomaly In Statistical Demographics

After a brief sintesisi of WHO data regarding cardiovascular diseases I have noticed apeculiar anomaly in the statistics in current demographics that if remedied could prevent 4 million deaths a year via basic generic medication and change in lifestyle, the docuemtn analisises strucutral mechanical weakneses of the cardiovascular systems and uncuvers a few testable hyypothesis regarding programmed mechanica oboslescec of the system that need not affect the cohort in this manner. The paper is highly speculative, the framework si descriptive not predictive, the claims on my part are bold and coky, but I leaving aside the theatrics I do believe , funds should be alocated to further investigate the anomaly in order to better understand the phenomena and truly see if indeed this many people need not to prematurely die each year globally.
