Photoredox/Copper Dual-Catalyzed Remote C(sp 3 )-H Acyloxylation of <i>N</i> -Fluorocarboxamides
We herein disclose the first example of a photoredox/copper dual-catalyzed protocol for the remote C(sp3)-H acyloxylation of <i>N</i>-fluorocarboxamides, employing readily accessible carboxylic acids as acyloxy sources. This methodology demonstrated tolerance for various <i>N</i>-fluoroamides and carboxylic acids, producing structurally diverse functional esters in moderate-to-excellent yields with high site selectivity and chemoselectivity. Moreover, the developed methodology was successfully employed for the late-stage modification of structurally intricate natural products and drugs.
