19 01 Base Architecture Ovarian Carcinoma HGSC BRCA-wild-type
High-Grade Serous Ovarian Carcinoma (HGSC) represents the most lethal gynecological malignancy, with 5year survival rates below 30% for advanced stages. A subset of HGSC tumors exhibit estrogen receptor (ER)expression with luminal characteristics (HGSC-ER-like), creating a unique metabolic and spatial architecturedistinct from basal-type HGSC. Understanding the mechanistic basis of this tumor’s extreme adaptabilityrequires integration of multiple biological scales: from tissue-level equilibrium to subcellular organellar dynamics.
