Effects of digital psychological interventions for family caregivers of people with dementia: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Digital psychological interventions effectively alleviate caregiver burden and enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life. Future studies should prioritize short-term interventions and develop integrated approaches combining individual and group formats.
