The British Getty ruling and its implications for Europe's AI regulation
The development of powerful AI models has triggered an intense regulatory debate in recent years. A central point of contention is the relationship between models and the data on which they are trained. Against this background, a recent judgment by the High Court of England has attracted particular attention.
