Refreshable Tactile Displays: A Paradigm Shift for Chemistry Education Experiences of Blind Students Who Read Braille
This technology report alerts undergraduate lecturers and high school science teachers to advances in refreshable tactile displays, and their rich potential in enhancing accessibility in chemistry learning for blind or low vision students. These displays may be used in different educational contexts including for the near instant communication of spectroscopic data and for 360° rotation of images of chemical structures.
