HomeServe Pro: A Role-Based Service Management Platform

This paper presents HomeServe Pro, a role-based home service management platform designed to connect users with verified local service providers. The system introduces an admin-controlled vendor verification process to ensure trust and authenticity, along with pincode-based service filtering to improve locality relevance. The platform supports three primary roles: Admin, Vendor, and User. Admins verify vendors and monitor platform activity, Vendors manage service listings and booking requests, and Users discover nearby approved vendors and book services using a simulated wallet mechanism. HomeServe Pro is implemented using React with TypeScript for the frontend, Node.js for backend logic, and Supabase (PostgreSQL) for authentication and data storage. The system is intended for academic demonstration and serves as a practical example of role-based access control, locality
