Recurarization after sugammadex reversal in a patient with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: Case report

In ALS, recurarization can occur despite seemingly adequate sugammadex reversal. When rocuronium is used, sugammadex is recommended for reversal, with vigilant quantitative neuromuscular monitoring and extended post-extubation observation to detect delayed weakness.
