Compute Sovereign Debt Series (III · Finale)

Abstract As the "compute standard" replaces fiat consensus, humanity has entered an era of intellectual capitalization. This paper argues for the inevitability of the traditional financial system's transformation into "compute banks" and proposes "intellectual lending" as the core mechanism. Through an in-depth deconstruction of pioneering experimental accounts in the United States, Taiwan, and elsewhere, the paper asserts that future social distribution will no longer be based on labor time but on the primary allocation of "compute quotas." This new order aims to hedge the social dislocation caused by the AGI explosion through the advance distribution of means of production.
