The Impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Business Continuity
The purpose of this research is to examine how knowledge management processes contribute not only to organizational innovation and competitiveness but also to business continuity. A descriptive research design was adopted, and the data required for the study were collected through a stratified probability sample of 420 academic lecturers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the overall data and assess the strength of the relationship between knowledge management processes and business continuity. The findings reveal that knowledge management processes, namely knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application, positively influence business continuity. However, the study is limited by its cross-sectional nature and its focus on public universities in Egypt.
