From closure to catastrophe: Pneumonectomy following missed aortic pseudoaneurysm after transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus
We describe the case of a large pseudoaneurysm developing after percutaneous closure of patent ductus arteriosus in a 2-year-old girl, which went undiagnosed in time, leading to destruction of the left lung necessitating left pneumonectomy along with resection of the pseudoaneurysm.
