Global Finite‐Time Periodic Event‐Triggered Stabilization for Switched Large‐Scale Nonlinear Systems in the p‐Normal Form
ABSTRACT This study examines the finite‐time stabilization problem for switched large‐scale nonlinear systems (SLSNSs) in the ‐normal form via periodic event‐triggered control (PETC). In the considered system, only the system states at sampling instants are utilized. To reduce the wastage of communication resources (WCRs), a PETC strategy is put forward, which includes a discrete‐time event‐triggering mechanism (ETM) and a periodic event‐triggered controller. Meanwhile, a finite‐time control method is proposed for each subsystem by adding a power integral technique and applying the homogeneous theory. Furthermore, it can be proved that all states of the closed‐loop system (CLS) can converge to zero in a finite time. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
