Technologia RPA a kultura organizacyjna w szpitalu
This article focuses on analyzing the impact of RPA (Robotic Process Automa- tion) technology on the organizational culture of hospitals. The authors employ a deductive method based on a critical review of the literature, complemented by elements of analysis and synthesis of existing research findings. A significant portion of the article is dedicated to the case study of the Warmian-Masurian Pulmonary Diseases Center in Olsztyn, offering a comprehensive perspective on the practical implementation of RPA. The findings indicate that changes in organizational culture are an intrinsic part of process automation, and that proper understanding and management of this aspect can significantly enhance the effectiveness of innovation adoption in healthcare institutions.
