CAIS Prototype Roadmap v1.0 — Execution Order and Participation Guide
This document provides a stepwise prototype roadmap for the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS), focused exclusively on execution order and participation structure. CAIS itself is already fully defined and canonically fixed through publicly registered, DOI-anchored documents within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). This roadmap does not redefine, extend, or reinterpret CAIS in any form. Its sole purpose is to make it immediately clear who can participate, at which phase, and in what role, in the responsible construction of CAIS—starting now. The roadmap is organized into phased execution stages (Phase 0 through Phase 3), each with explicit scope boundaries, participation criteria, and stopping conditions. All phases operate under non-clinical, measurement-first, and modular-first constraints. This document makes no clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, regulatory, or commercial claims. It does not introduce new technical standards, metrics, or interpretive authority. All constitutional, technical, and interpretive authority remains exclusively with previously published canonical CAIS and CCF documents. This roadmap functions solely as an execution and participation companion within those fixed definitions. Commercial use, derivative standardization, or modified deployment requires a separate agreement with the rights holder (Salpida Institute of Consciousness Science / Salpida Foundation). D. Fixed Authority & Use BoundaryThis Technical Note is an execution-order and participation companion only. It does not define, redefine, extend, or reinterpret CAIS, consciousness, consciousness metrics, interpretive standards, or any constitutional authority. All technical and interpretive authority remains fixed exclusively in the previously published DOI-registered canonical CAIS/CCF documents. This roadmap is non-clinical and measurement-first. It makes no diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, regulatory, or commercial claims.Any commercial use, derivative standardization, modified deployment, or branding-based implementation requires a separate written agreement with the rights holder (Salpida Institute of Consciousness Science / Salpida Foundation).
