Evaluation of the anti-hyperglycemic, anti-hyperlipidemic, cardioprotective and anti-inflammatory effects of a xanthine-based dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor and diosmin in NA/STZ-induced diabetic rats
the findings suggest that linagliptin and diosmin exert strong anti-hyperglycemic, anti-hyperlipidemic, cardioprotective, and anti-inflammatory effects in diabetic rats; the combined treatment effect was the most potent.
