In each prefecture, disease data on infectious diseases in livestock is collected.Depending on the prefecture, the incidence of livestock diseases is posted on the website or in the livestock hygiene website, but the data is often published in PDF format each month. In this study, we investigated and visualized the trend of livestock diseases using infectious disease data of livestock in Ehime Prefecture. In addition, we examined whether it is possible to predict the name of the disease according to the clinical symptoms obtained. Materials and MethodsFrom 2001 to 2023, we collected data on the occurrence of diseases other than statutory infectious diseases in cattle and pigs described in Ehime Prefecture's "Livestock Health News".The name of the disease, year of occurrence, the area in which the disease occurred, the species of livestock, the month of occurrence, the age at the time of occurrence, the main clinical symptoms, the number of breeding units, and the number of animals were collected in Microsoft Excel. In addition, the number of cattle and pig farms and the number of cattle and pigs raised were collected from the "Statistics on Livestock" published by Ehime Prefecture.Based on these findings, basic statistical analysis was performed, and the data were visualized using Tableau Software (Salesforce, Inc.).
