Comparison of Cryotherapy and Illuminated Endolaser Retinopexy in Chandelier-Assisted Scleral Buckling for Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment
Both techniques are effective for CASB. Endolaser provides a lower risk of CME and enhanced surgical precision, suggesting it may be a favorable option in selected cases.
