Reinterpreting the Hubble Tension: Time, Rotation, and Event-Structure Cosmology

The persistent discrepancy between the Hubble constant inferred from early-universe observations (Cosmic Microwave Background) and late-universe distance-ladder measurements constitutes one of the most serious unresolved problems in modern cosmology, commonly known as the Hubble Tension. Recent phenomenological models suggest that a slow global rotation of the universe may alleviate this discrepancy. In this work, we present a deeper foundational resolution by reformulating the conceptual basis of time, gravity, rotation, and cosmic evolution. We demonstrate that the Hubble Tension emerges naturally when cosmological expansion is evaluated across distinct event-structures using incompatible temporal references. Within an event-structure cosmology, time is treated as an emergent relational measure rather than a fundamental physical entity. Apparent cosmic rotation is reinterpreted as large-scale anisotropy arising from deterministic event-flow shaped by primordial gravitational inheritance and destiny-driven evolution. This framework resolves the Hubble Tension without modifying General Relativity and integrates gravity, rotation, and destiny into a single coherent cosmological description.
