GooglePills_Proposal_Covid-19 (Gemini 3.0 + PhytoIntelligence 1.9)

The PhytoIntelligence 1.9 (PI 1.9) protocol represents a computational and experimental framework designed to evaluate the efficacy of a multi-targeted phytochemical matrix against SARS-CoV-2. Current single-ligand therapeutics often face limitations due to viral mutation and resistance. This study proposes a synergistic formulation targeting three critical nodes of pathology: (1) Viral Entry via ACE2/TMPRSS2 steric hindrance, (2) Viral Replication via 3CLpro (Mpro) inhibition, and (3) Immunomodulation via NF-κB/NLRP3 downregulation. Utilizing the PI 1.9 algorithm, we derived Compound Efficacy Scores (CES) to predict optimal stoichiometric ratios of Quercetin, Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), Curcumin, and Baicalin. The study aims to validate these in silico predictions through rigorous in vitro assays and in vivo hamster models, specifically quantifying the reduction in viral titer and the mitigation of the "cytokine storm" profile (IL-6, TNF-α). We hypothesize that the Loewe Additivity of the proposed stack will yield a Combination Index (CI) < 1, indicating potent synergy superior to monotherapy.
