Anwei decoction alleviates chronic atrophic gastritis by modulating the gut microbiota-metabolite axis and <i>NLRP3</i> inflammasome activity
AWD alleviates the pathological progression of CAG through multi-target synergistic mechanisms. On one hand, AWD directly suppresses gastric mucosal inflammation by inhibiting <i>NLRP3</i> inflammasome activation. On the other hand, AWD remodels intestinal microbiota-metabolite homeostasis, enhances intestinal barrier function, and regulates mucosal immune responses.
