Theoretical Framework for Legal–AI Interaction: From Algorithmic Truth to Ethical Coherence in Justice Systems — A Proposed Model based on the Quantum Language & Consciousness Model (QLCM)
[English] This framework introduces the concept of semantic decoherence in the Legal-AI interface through the Quantum Language & Consciousness Model (QLCM). It proposes the Ethical Fidelity ($E_f$) metric, with a structural invariant of $0.8037$, to validate legal truth against the statistical output of LLMs. It includes protocols for Direct Indexing and Multi-node Triangulation compatible with ISO 42001 and The Hague Principles.
