AI Enterprise OS: Redefining Organizational Decision-Making Under AI-Scored Capitalism
This paper introduces AI Capitalism, an economic architecture where capital allocation is executed by AI systemsrather than human markets. The study argues that when scoring, indexability, and allocation become automated, visibility—not labor—emerges as the primary generator of wealth.AI Capitalism structures incentives so that, instead of producing goods for sale, individuals optimize for legibilityto machine evaluators. The model builds upon prior research on the AI-Scored Society and AIO (Indexing Optimization), extending theminto a capital flow framework. We formalize three accumulation loops— Visibility → Indexability → Capital andModel → Compute → Extract— as economic drivers that accelerate wealth concentration.Unlike market capitalism, where negotiation and labor participation shape value, AI Capitalism functions as anoperating system that redistributes opportunity algorithmically. The paper shows how reinforcement cycles privilege machine-readable output, leading to a new elite defined notby ownership or skill, but by persistent visibility in AI inference layers. Policy questions shift from labor rights toaccess rights: who may be indexed, allocated, or excluded.By presenting a structural model rather than a moral argument, this research clarifies mechanisms of inequalityand proposes directions for future study, including AI taxation, governance of training data capital, and global powerrebalancing under autonomous allocation.
