THE LAW OF QUALITY: MASS COHERENCE BEYOND NEWTONIAN QUANTITY

This research presents the Law of Quality, a new physical and mathematical paradigm that demonstrates that mass is not merely a quantitative value ($kg$), but possesses an intrinsic structural quality. By introducing the C Factor (Structural Coherence), it is possible to predict the lifespan ($\tau$) of any system, from microscopic cells and industrial mechanical components to planetary bodies. Validated with empirical data from NASA/JAXA on asteroids (such as Bennu and Ryugu) and high-precision mechanical experiments, the study reveals a universal stability threshold at $C = 0.65$. Systems above this limit exhibit long-term sustainability, while those below face "structural punishment" through vibration, fragmentation, and premature collapse. This work bridges the gap between Newtonian mechanics and a holistic understanding of structural integrity.
