Teachers' Emotional Reflection and AI-Supported Visual Expression Before the Holiday Period

This publication presents a reflective, practice-based exploration of teachers’ emotional awareness and professional self-reflection through AI-supported visual expression prior to the holiday period. The article builds on a previously published interdisciplinary study focusing on students’ emotional expression and artificial intelligence–supported learning, extending the analytical perspective to teachers as creators of psychologically safe educational environments. Teachers voluntarily engaged in an open-ended reflective activity, expressing their emotional state in written form and creating AI-generated visual representations as reflective artefacts. No structured questionnaires or evaluative instruments were used. The publication emphasizes emotional literacy, reflective pedagogy, ethical AI integration and sustainable teacher wellbeing. It is intended for educators, researchers and policy stakeholders interested in emotional education, reflective practice and responsible AI use in schools.
