Development of AC Power Verification Testing Platform Based on Programmable Josephson Voltage Standards
In view of the fact that the magnitude of the first and end of each voltage step in the PJVS output sinusoidal stepped wave voltage signal no longer has the accuracy and stability of quantum voltage, this paper proposes a technical scheme to calibrate the power frequency power electrical measurement device based on the quantum voltage stability and accuracy of the low-frequency sinusoidal stepped wave voltage output of PJVS. Specifically, the average value of enough stable sampling data on each step of the low-frequency sinusoidal stepped wave voltage signal output by PJVS is used to calibrate the power frequency and small voltage signal reflecting the measured power in real time, so as to realize the traceability of the voltage and current constituting the power frequency AC power to PJVS. This technical solution also provides a new way to corroborate the performance of different AC power measurement schemes. Both theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the calibration scheme proposed in this paper can measure the active power with an accuracy of 7 × 10 −6 at 1.0L, and has a good agreement with the measurement results of the existing differential sampling standard table.
