ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyze the influence of work ability, workload, and work environment on employee performance on CV. Alaska Bogor Highway. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verifiable methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to all employees as many as 72 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of the study show that work ability, workload, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work ability and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. These findings show that improving employee performance can be achieved through the development of work skills, proportionate workload management, and the creation of a work environment that supports employee comfort and work effectiveness.
