Appendix — GyroFrame Cognitive Governance and Pre-Task Operational States Applied - extension to "The Zen Collins Effect"

This appendix describes an empirically tested cognitive operating system whose interpretative theory is still under consolidation.Its purpose is not to provide a definitive causal explanation of the observed phenomena, but to document a set of reproducible, measurable, and governable effects arising from the sustained use of a cognitive governance system applied to large language models (LLMs).In line with an engineering and applied research tradition, operational evidence is presented as preceding theoretical formalization, rather than the opposite.
