La entrevista a Manuel Cepeda Espinosa, exmagistrado de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia (2001-2009) y expresidente de dicha Corte (2005-2006), fue realizada por José Ma. Serna de la Garza, investigador en el Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM y presidente del Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Constitucional. La entrevista tuvo lugar de manera virtual el 10 de abril de 2025. The interview with Manuel Cepeda Espinosa, former justice of the Constitutional Court of Colombia (2011-2009) and president of said Court (2005-2006), was conducted by Dr. José Ma. Serna de la Garza, researcher at the Institute of Legal Research of UNAM and president of the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law.
