This study further indicated that the impact of burnout among construction workers are reflected in terms of issues such as decreased productivity, higher rates of absenteeism, and a greater risk of workplace accidents, and mental health challenges. The study concluded that it is necessary for construction sector to provide mental health resources- thus, construction employers should prioritize the provision of mental health resources, such as counselling services or wellness programs, to support workers' emotional well-being. The study further recommended that construction industry need to effectively implement participatory interventions, which would involve workers in identifying stressors and developing solutions can be particularly effective.
