Conformance and Non-Equivalence Specification: Boundary-First Deterministic Execution
Description (Canonical, Authority-Closed) This document defines the canonical specification of conformance and non-equivalence within the Boundary-First Deterministic Execution canon. It establishes the structural criteria by which a system may be classified as conformant or non-conformant to the canonical architectural class and formally defines the impossibility of equivalence based on outcomes, behavior, interfaces, intent, or post-factum analysis. Non-equivalence is defined as a structural property derived from execution admission semantics, not as an evaluative judgment or comparative assessment. This specification explicitly rejects claims of functional, behavioral, semantic, or outcome-based equivalence in the absence of boundary-first deterministic execution semantics. This document introduces no new execution primitives and does not modify, revise, or supersede any prior canonical specification. It exclusively extends the canon through additive formalization of conformance constraints and non-equivalence conditions. Non-Claims This record: provides no legal, regulatory, or compliance guidance; defines no governance process or responsibility model; specifies no implementation, deployment, or operational behavior; asserts no factual claims about real systems, organizations, or incidents. Final Authority Clause Any interpretation of this record that implies validation, certification, evaluation, comparison, compliance determination, or equivalence assessment is explicitly invalid.
