Appendix D: Mathematical Derivation and Legal Protection of the GIGL Cosmic Triplet

This Appendix provides the formal mathematical derivation of the three structural constants of the GIGL/GCT/MDD framework: εGCT = 0.00727, ηfold = 0.275, Ycosmic = 0.04125. These constants are proven to be unique stationary solutions of a single minimum dissipation variational system. Given the risk of unauthorised appropriation, this Appendix also includes a legally binding Non-Severability and Attribution Clause for in- tellectual property protection. Publishing this Appendix constitutes a public timestamp establishing authorship priority

Abstract

This Appendix provides the formal mathematical derivation of the three structural constants of the GIGL/GCT/MDD framework: εGCT = 0.00727, ηfold = 0.275, Ycosmic = 0.04125. These constants are proven to be unique stationary solutions of a single minimum dissipation variational system. Given the risk of unauthorised appropriation, this Appendix also includes a legally binding Non-Severability and Attribution Clause for in- tellectual property protection. Publishing this Appendix constitutes a public timestamp establishing authorship priority
