Latest Trend and Front Line in Research Field of Dielectrics and Electrical Insulating Materials

This paper reviews the latest trend and front line of research activities in the field of dielectrics and electrical insulating materials (DEI) according to the papers presented in the 56th Symposium on Electrical and Electronic Insulating Materials and Applications in Systems held by the Technical Committee of Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TC-DEI), IEEJ, on Sept. 8 - 11, 2025, at The Himeji Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Himeji-city, Hyogo, Japan, as an in-person meeting. The recent activities related to TC-DEI are also introduced briefly.
