COMPARISON OF NURSERY SCHOOLS LOCATED UNDER THE ELEVATED RAILWAY AND CONVENTIONAL NURSERY SCHOOLS ABOUT SOUND ENVIRONMENT AND OBSERVATION SURVEY FOR CHILDREN

In recent years, there has been a rise in the number of cases nursery schools located under the elevated railway. In this paper, we compared the sound environment of nursery schools located under the elevated railway and conventional nursery schools. Moreover, we examined what kind of differences there were in the sound changes and the accompanying reactions of the children. The results of the survey showed that the difference in sound environment becomes more obvious when comparing sound pressure levels in the low-frequency band. Observations of children showed that children wake up in response to the sound in nap.
