Compute Sovereign Debt Series (Part I Supplemental Edition)

Abstract The global geopolitical events of late 2025, specifically the large-scale military exercises in the Taiwan Strait, mark a definitive "Logical Discontinuity" in international relations. This paper argues that traditional sovereign power based on "Territorial Inventory" (physical space and atomic control) has been rendered obsolete by "Algorithmic Incremental Sovereignty" (compute-driven decision dominance). We propose a framework to analyze the current dimensional dislocation between the Beijing "Topographic" model and the Trump-Musk "Topological" model, concluding that the inability to bridge this intelligence gap will lead to systemic credit collapse and humanitarian risks in late-mover states. Categories: Macroeconomics, Geopolitics, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, Financial Sovereignty Keywords: AGI, Compute Sovereignty, Geopolitical Risk, Compute Sovereign Debt, Algorithmic Power
