RESEARCH ON THE ACTUAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION OF ALL-ELECTRIC ZEH IN WARM REGIONS AND THE EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF STORAGE BATTERY SYSTEM FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
The economic effect of SBS operation and CO2 emission reduction were examined for all-electric ZEH House, and the following were clarified: 1) The largest group of ZEH House consumed 7 to 8 MWh/year of electricity, and the self-sufficiency rate of PV electricity in the units with SBS was at 30 to 60%; 2) The price of electricity and the price of FIT were at the break-even point, and SBS operation affects the profitability. 2) CO2 emissions were reduced by adopting the daytime charging mode. The findings regarding SBS’s operational mode and residual volume settings are presented
