Extremal Graph Theory and the Turán Density of Hypergraphs via Transfinite Flag Algebras

Mathematical Applications of Science Fiction We present a rigorous extension of Razborov’s Flag Al-gebra calculus to the transfinite domain, establishing acontinuous operator framework for determining the Turándensity of r-uniform hypergraphs. By constructing a quasi-semidefinite relaxation of the density functional on thelimit object space M∞, we derive exact bounds for a classof forbidden subgraphs previously inaccessible to finiteforce methods. We introduce the Belacqua-Razborov Op-erator, a spectral projection that maps the discrete flagdensities into a compact Hilbert-Schmidt kernel space. We prove eight fundamental lemmas regarding the con-vergence and stability of these operators, culminating ina stability theorem for the Turán density of generalizedFano planes. This work bridges the gap between discreteextremal combinatorics and continuous spectral graphtheory.
