LA strain parameters, particularly LASr, serve as sensitive biomarkers for chemotherapy-associated diastolic dysfunction, demonstrating diagnostic superiority over conventional measures. The observed strain progression patterns enable individualized risk stratification, providing a rationale for early cardioprotective interventions.
